Midfielders: Barnes (Leic), Raphinha (Leeds), Salah (liv - C), Son (Tott), Gilmour (Norw)
Fowards: Ings (Aston V), Bamford (Leeds), Antonio (West Ham)
I'm not certain about my forwards - all three have done well last year but I don't have a 'star forward'. I'm also not 100% on Cresswell or Barnes - so suggestions there would be great.
I know deadline is looming but any help would be great!
The experience from the 60 guys that have been playing this game for 15 years is that you pick a 4.5 GK, and a 4.0 GK. I won't explain in detail, cos it's midnight in Melbourne, but trust us on that. It has been deduced by 900 seasons of FPL.
Get Sanchez and Steele, or Bachmann and Foster. By having the backup GK to the starter, if the starter gets injured or is unexpectedly benched, you have an instant replacement, without needing a transfer.
TAA is a must. He's not cheap, but for 7.5, he can score 220, which makes him worth the equivalent of a 10+ unit player. Probably Cresswell should make way for him.
LEE have a tough game. Stick with Raphinha, but maybe Bamford is one too many Leeds. So many people have Toney, and although EPL is a big step up from Championship, he has the stats that say he could do well. For his price of 6.5, he's a good, risky pick. Follow the herd on that one, cos if you get it wrong, you're in trouble.
Son is nothing with Kane. I think Kane assisted 10 of his goals last season. Bruno seems overpriced, but Bruno has been the highest scoring FPL player in the last season and a half. Too risky to not have him. It's also easier to downgrade from Bruno to Son in one move, than it is to upgrade, if he becomes a must have and you've spread the funds.
