Paying too much for DCL has cost me the chance of Soucek over Burke, but can't ignore DCL's stats. Lots of good 6.5 FOR, but DCL seems a cut above the rest. Hopefully Burke isn't impacted by Brewster's arrival. If they both start, he might actually be enhanced. 5 cheap but starting DEF with as much chance of getting something as any other DEF. When the time comes to get TAA is, can easily flip an attacker for some cash. With this team, I'd expect to roll the FT next GW.  |

but well.. same as If liverpool doesnt have Alisson, there their defense looks sucks.. CS point never be depends.. And then you need to rely on their attacking return. With current 4.5 DF here. they also able to return their attacking return, why not to pick them instead of paying extra 2-3 millions on Robbo, Taa? You could be right. Haven't verified the stats, but with Allison in goals, Pool kept 35/69 CS or 50%. With Adrian, it's 2/11, or less than 20%. In the last 6 at Goodison however, 4 have been 0-0. 1 was 1-1 and Pool won the other 1-0. 5 CS for Pool in this fixture in the past, with or without Allison. But this is a very different EVE team. They've scored so many goals so far, I can't see them blanking. Not having TAA could be the right move. He may still get attacking returns, but is he worth 7.5? For that money, you get Grealish or Hamez. Given TAA is -87%, if he doesn't drop before next GW, I don't know if I want him in my final WC. If i am with you, i would go Robbo instant than TAA, still Robbo gives better return than TAA since restart until GW4 |

I don't see the point in going with him when there is Grealish. I have him @ 7.0, so for 0.4, I'd rather get him. Long term, I don't think Hamez will be the best value. He did well against poor sides at home. EVE have 2 tough home games and then 3 away games. I'll go with DCL instead for my Toffee player. I don't rate Soton. I never have. I'm not scared of McCarthy or KWP holders. Villa seem to be the cheap team to get DEF from. I have Justin (since 4.5). But I think Foxes will struggle to keep a CS in the next 5. They played FUL & WBA, the worst teams, so his stats are skewed. I'll take my pts and run. |

When Allison is back, I'll get TAA. Maybe even double or triple LIV DEF. But for the moment, I like that Maupay has home games against WBA & BUR, two of the worst teams. I know Tarka and Mee are back, but I'll still back BRI. Maupay takes PKs too, so he might get something in the other tough games. Brewster is still unknown, but the best value 8th. Kane would have to go for him, but then I could get Bale. But then Bale is unknown. But given Spurs have been scoring on the counter, and given Hammers have too, it could be a tough game for Kane. Too many unknown factors at the moment. We don't know how Bale will add/ unbalance the current side. In his last season, he was pretty much a one man team. They just gave the ball to him and he won the game with a great shot. It'll be different this time. |

I didn't miss him.  But I missed Kane.  Yeah, Antonio is attractive (I have him from 6.5), but you can only have 3 strikers and I want about 8 of them. I think Bowen is the Hammer I will get. Same price, MID, great stats too. Antonio is a PK taker so I'd prefer him, but Maupay is too so I get the PK taker back. Eventually, I wouldn't mind Antonio and Bowen (and Soucek, and Creswell), but not until the fixtures get better. I think Maupay to Antonio is the transfer in GW8, when their fixtures change. Son and DCL are the only non PK takers I would keep. Potential other PK takers I could fit in a team would be Kane, Maupay, Jorginho, Salah, Grealish & Bruno. With the amount of PKs given, 6 PK takers would be smart, and a cheap defence given not many CS. I didn't like any strikers, all of a sudden, I like too many. Kane DCL Wilson Maupay Bamford Watkins Antonio Brewster Just as we think that's it, Werner will start scoring, as will Mitro, Ings and Jime.  I'm thinking just go cheapest of two options. Watkins instead of Grealish. Bale instead of Kane. Bowen instead of Antonio (to leave a free FOR spot). With the units saved, it might get a Pool DEF. |

TAA crosses one in that Luiz headers to Jota who scores. If people are seriously thinking they don't need TAA, they're deluded. Conceded. Didn't score. Still got the 3 bonus. Alisson injury has nothing to do with your recommendation as there were no any talks about clean sheets. You basically said TAA's a good attacker listed as def, that's all, no clean sheets involved. As to paying 1m more over Maupay, you need to ask yourself here if you're ready to pay 1m for a weekly CS possibility... You maupay your money!  |

Pool will always get CS with Allison, just not when people expect them. There is now no chance of getting a CS with Adrian in goal. I never said I'll never get TAA. For the short term, there's better options elsewhere. |
