I think an important decision could be Armstrong vs Ings. Armstrong was very attacking. Seemed to steal Ings' thunder and bring him to be level. Cover Soton by Armstrong and save 3 units? You like the sound of that, don't you? Gets VVD and another unit ITB. Pick of the sub-Ings Saints for sure. Wouldn't completely ignore Adams either but JWP & Redders looks a bit rich @6 & 6.5! KWP & McCarthy could be good too. All nicely priced and the relegation bookies price them finishing... 10th!  Maybe it was Adams they were talking about and I thought it was Armstrong? I should pay more attention but those FPL gurus tend to babble and you lose consciousness. |

Haven't heard much noise about CHE DEF. Kepa, Rudiger, James. Gotta be some value there. Attack is the best form of defence so with all these new arrivals, could they tighten back up? Kante was on/off. If he's full fit, he'll be a big help as well. They seem to be blessed with so much new talent (and a def/gk to fix) I'd be looking to kepa 3 attacking spots open for them, much better def options out there for less wedge but let's see what they do in the market, timo yet to get some solid defenders and a good kepa in.  Hey, fixtures out tomorrow, 9am UK! Get the season planner dusted down and open it for business... then WC GW2  Don't worry about the fixtures. Giuseppe Ottaviani is releasing 'In Search of Sunrise 16' on the 23rd. Set the season planner for that. Will be interesting if there's byes. Two schools of thought. Massive differential. Will have to follow the herd. Pips will be at stake. Early pips are useful. |

Get a cheapo playing bench and rotate them for the 11th spot, changing formations every week from 3-4 at the back. This is going to be a great season. For once, there won't be a template team. So many options, there's going to be massive amounts of differentials IMO. |

 This is not really attacking it full-on, more of a GW2 WC avoidance. Would need Bruno in for a LIV GW2, maybe City can wait until GW3 as they're @wol GW2 and Aubs has @liv GW3, might be the move then? |

One of the problems is you can easily go to say Robbo instead of Mane and spread the wedge out better but it's going to be hellish trying to get Bruno and then Kev or Raz in GW3 if funds are all over the shop... unless you WC in GW3. Need to look at it more closely!

Yeah Son may come in to my team now as those 3 early matches could glean some decent points, maybe an early WC though, we'll see!
Ha fantasy football just got a mention on Sky news due to the nightmare fantasy managers are going to have without Citeh and United assets for week 1, even the media starting to take us seriously nowadays |
